Do -Yoga! with Deb


6.30 – 8pm Gentle Yoga


Come and join us for yoga on Tuesday evenings 6.30 - 8.00 in the Village Hall. It's a traditional Hatha yoga class suitable for beginner and experienced students. Yoga is great to improve your strength, flexibility and balance. The sessions end with exercises to help breathing and relaxation - all guided by experienced yoga teacher Deb King (10 years teaching, qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher). Ladies and gents welcome!
